In 2023, Scott M. Tuma was elected to serve as the City of Parma’s Chief Prosecutor and Law Director. Mr. Tuma brings more than twenty years of legal experience to this position as well as an extensive record of public service to the City of Parma. Tuma proudly served the residents of Ward 8 on Parma City Council from July 16th of 2005 through December of 2016. Thereafter, he served 7 years as a Cuyahoga County Councilman, representing the cities of Parma, Parma Heights, and Middleburg Heights.
